Kim Sutton Adair

With an extensive background in commercial real estate, it was her family that encouraged Kim to become a residential real estate agent. They knew she had a heart for serving and it would be a perfect fit.

After years in Corporate America, she decided to make the jump. Kim made quite a splash her first year, winning the Rookie of The Year Award at Coldwell Banker. After 2015 alone, Kim was the number-one agent for individual sales volume, total listings, listings sold, and total sales volume at Keller Williams Realty Chattahoochee North.

While some agents focus on only buyers or sellers, Kim serves both buyers and sellers, and in many cases finds her sellers their next home. For Kim, the best award is the look on her client’s faces when they buy or sell a home.

If Kim isn’t spending time with a client, you can find her on the tennis court, cheering on the Georgia Tech yellow jackets, or taking her three babies (rescue dogs) on a walk around Peachtree Corners.
